Delivering meaningful and effective video production, commercial photography and marketing services
We were invited to tender by South of Scotland Enterprise for Pathways — an economic development programme supporting business growth across the South of Scotland through coaching and grant funding. The tender specified three core KPIs: case study videos, regional photography, and marketing support.
As lead contractor, I appointed a local marketing agency and coordinated closely with the Pathways project lead and contractors. With clear communication and tight project management, we delivered every element on time and on budget. We began with regional photography—quick to execute—traveling across the South of Scotland from Berwickshire to Stranraer while concurrently planning the ten case studies to be documented.
We delivered a comprehensive media package including ground and aerial photography highlighting towns and villages across the region, ten case study videos, and an overarching project film outlining Pathways' benefits. The marketing campaign successfully amplified awareness and led to a threefold increase in enquiries, supporting the launch and growth of numerous small businesses.
